Speaker Biography

Lee Quinn is the former CEO of Restonic Sleep Products, located in New Albany. Lee successfully navigated his family business for many years.  This past December, the business was sold at the height of success to a private investor who will fulfill the long-standing dream of the family for the brand to have a true national presence. Lee set out 5 years ago to change the dynamics in his family business. He understood the company would have to perform and have the ability to sustain if the family was no longer involved. He was forced to evaluate what pieces were missing and what gaps in resources had to filled to be attractive to outside investors.
